Nickan Scientific & Innovations LLC (“Nickan Scientific,” “we”) operates nickan.ai from 231 Bakers Basin Road, Unit 5-1, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648.
What we collect
On-site forms collect only the fields you submit: name, email, and, depending on the form, organization, role, audience (parent / clinician / supporter / other), and an optional message. We do not collect payment information on this site. Do not send protected health information through the forms.
How we use it
Submissions are emailed to stayebi@nickan.ai so we can send an investor brief, answer an inquiry, or share QuietScan progress updates you requested. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. A form processor (FormSubmit) transmits the message to our mailbox.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of who requested materials. You may ask us to delete your information by writing stayebi@nickan.ai.
