QuietScan™ is a wearable focused-ultrasound system under development by Nickan Scientific & Innovations LLC for pediatric brain monitoring in children ages 0–5. Intended pathway: FDA 510(k) Class II diagnostic ultrasound. Current stage: pre-clinical. The device is not available for sale and is not a treatment.

Milestones and use of funds

This round unlocks, in order: fabrication of the first wearable array; independent bench and safety testing; delay-estimation and mapping software; the quality and regulatory file for the intended 510(k) Class II path.
