Mercer County Hispanic Association (MECHA)
MECHA, a 501(c)(3) serving Mercer County since 1985, is the community sponsor of the QuietScan monitoring program. Its intended Community Pediatric Health Access Program connects Hispanic and underserved families to early, no-sedation monitoring for children ages 0–5, and contracts Nickan Scientific as the technology provider. Sponsorship through MECHA is meant to pay development, community training, and a careful pilot — not a product on a shelf. MECHA does not sell QuietScan and does not provide clinical care. QuietScan remains investigational: not FDA cleared, not for sale, not a treatment, not a diagnosis.
Community sponsorship is separate from the investor raise and from this hardware budget.
